SkyPier is in the restricted area inside the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA). SkyPier ferry service is for transit passengers only. It is not applicable to passengers originating in Hong Kong or considering to have entered Hong Kong for immigration purposes.

1. Purchase Ferry Ticket - Ferry ticket can be purchased either at HK International Airport before going through immigration or in-advance by simply go here

3. Proceed to Ferry Ticket Counter in Transfer Area E1,Level 5,Hong Kong International Airport Passenger Terminal Building :
A. Purchase ticket / pre check-in/ produce baggage identification tag for baggage reclaim at Air/Sea Transfer Desk
(Passengers should transit to Macau on the same day upon arriving HKIA)
B.  If you already purchased a ticket online, provide your booking confirmation number to obtain a valid ticket
4. Board the Automated People Mover to SkyPier
5. Board CotaiJet vessel to Macau
6. Go through immigration / custom formalities at Macau (Taipa Ferry Terminal)

 

Sea - Air Transfer

2. Proceed to Ferry Ticket Counter for the Airport Route at the Taipa Ferry Terminal
A. Exchange ferry voucher for a valid ferry ticket
B. If you already purchased a ticket online, provide your booking confirmation number to obtain a valid ticket

3. Check-in baggage at the check-in counter at the Taipa Ferry Terminal (if any)

4. Go through immigration / custom formalities
5. Board CotaiJet vessel to SkyPier
6. Pick up baggage in passenger drop-off area at SkyPier
7. Airline check-in for passenger and baggage at SkyPier

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Passenger must arrive at one of the Cotai Strip CotaiJet ticketing offices listed below at least 60 minutes with check-in baggage; passenger without check-in baggage can arrive at least 30 minutes, prior to the scheduled sailing time to exchange CotaiJet-SkyPier voucher, which can be purchased from any ticketing outlets at The Venetian, for a valid ferry ticket.
  2. Please present the CotaiJet-SkyPier voucher and your ID/Travel Document when exchanging your ticket.
  3. Baggage check-in will only be done at the Macao Cotai Taipa Temporary Ferry Terminal. Cotai Strip CotaiJet allows each Cotai Class passenger free passage for one (1) piece of baggage weighing no more than 20Kg and allows each First Class passenger free passage for one (1) piece of baggage weighing no more than 30Kg. Excess baggage charges: Sea-to-air: HK$20 per every 5 kg. The sum of length, width and height of one piece of baggage may not exceed 158cm (62 inches).
  4. The CotaiJet-SkyPier voucher is valid only on the date and at the time of the Hong Kong Airport Route sailing stated. Expired tickets are void.
  5. The CotaiJet-SkyPier voucher can only be used to redeem ferry tickets. It is non-refundable, not for resale or transfer. Lost vouchers will not be replaced.
  6. All reservations are final and are subject to confirmation by our booking system.
  7. Services are subject to the company's Terms & Conditions of Carriage of Passengers.

Terms of Sea to Air Service:

    1. Passenger must possess valid travel documents which expire no sooner than six months from the date of travel. Passenger must possess a valid travel visa for the destination and a confirmed flight ticket.
    2. CotaiJet is not responsible for any loss to passenger caused by any violation of ordinances of the Airport Authority of Hong Kong or as the result of flight cancellation or changes.
    3. CotaiJet is not responsible for any loss to passenger resulting from airline action taken as a result of the passenger's violation of the regulations of the Airport Authority of Hong Kong. The Airport Authority of Hong Kong may assess a fee should the passenger fail to board. The passenger is solely liable for such fee.
    4. CotaiJet is not responsible for any loss to passenger caused by flight cancellations as a result of unforeseen force majeure such as typhoon, thunderstorm, natural disasters, etc.
